How we opened
a restaurant in Croatia

Hi. I am Tania. Before 2015 we lived in Kharkov, Ukraine. I had a PR agency, while my husband jointly with his partner created one of the best office and retail furniture showrooms in Ukraine.

Some years ago we visited Croatia for the first time and fell in love.

After visiting Croatia we decided to change our life - to move to this amazing country and opening here a chain of excellent restaurants. To master this new business, last year and half we finished course of restaurant management in Ukraine, cooking course at Croatian Culinary Institute Kul In (in Sisak), graduated Italian cooking and wine academy La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana (ALMA) in Parma (Italy) and worked in the restaurant with a Michelin star in Puglia region (Italy).

Finally we opened our first restaurant in Zagreb.

During this time of changes we have met an amount of interesting people. Each of them gave us something priceless. And I do not have enough words to describe how much they mean for us. But useful information is to be forwarded. I will try and tell here about our path to opening restaurants and about studying and life in Europe.
